J.G.Whisky is Jason Gladman and Craig ‘Whisky’ Veysey. Two guys with a love of music and a good time, whose paths crossed regularly whilst gigging in various bands. A mix up lead to them teaming up for a show one night, it went down a treat and the boys have been playing together ever since. Asked to write a song for a friend tragically killed with his wife in a motor bike accident, the song proved a catalyst for J.G.Whisky to be born and a realisation they make beautiful music together. Next they performed the song at a tribute along with a few more originals they had been working on. It proved another definitive moment; the audience response was overwhelming with multiple requests to buy their songs. The EP ‘Salamagundee’ was produced with a limited run and quickly sold out. The creative juices and the fun continued to flow with the boys soon realising they had enough new material for a full length album of original tunes. ‘Temple Town’ is the next chapter in the J.G.Whisky
