Jo Cooper is an Australian vocalist with years of industry experience. Her album ‘Wildfire’ has gained International acclaim while her single ‘Running Free’ went on to gain substantial support from a global list of music heavy-weights. Jo’s unique voice and song writing abilities have crafted her into a highly respected artist and performer. Through the healing powers of music, Jo was able to persevere through tough experiences and rise out of that low place. Music has always been there to help her take a stand, speak up and find her voice. In 2015, Jo was forced into a legal battle against her Sydney apartment building to overturn blanket ban on pets. After a 5 ½ year battle, the NSW Courts of Appeals finally ruled in her favour in October 2020. This was a big win for pet owners across NSW. Music was a big part of getting Jo through this challenge and her new single Can You Hear Me calls on everyone to believe in the power of their voices.
