Sydney based producer and DJ John Amy has developed a taste for the deeper, raw side of house music and this translates into his productions and DJ sets. John Amy’s passion for house and techno was sparked in the early 2000’s when he started frequenting Sydney’s nightclubs. This love for underground electronic music soon developed into a love for producing and DJing. Releasing music since 2011 John’s current productions typically build on groove filled bass lines and percussion. Warm synth lines and production techniques create an emotional connection while not distracting from the four to the floor ‘dancability’ of the music.
