The Sonic Seducer started playing guitar at age 16. he's still learning!!!. Set out to form a Glam Rock type rock n roll band in 2000 because he felt the music scene was boring, he wanted to follow in the foot steps of Kiss and other metal bands. Recorded a solo cd "Pocket Rocket" with 3 tracks to hopefully get noticed and find some band members. It worked in meeting some musicans with whom they formed SEX DRV. They rocked Hobart for a couple of years putting on the best show they could (even had the name in lights) but with Hobart being a "covers" friendly place, it was hard to find a gig. But with every band you need all members to want the same thing and that was not the case with SEX DRV. The bassist, Dick Strummer decided to leave just after a succesful Cd launch in Dec 02. they found a replacement but only did another 4 shows before it was all over. So what now for Mr.J Diamond? He's still writting songs and dreaming of playing in front of a huge crowd, even just once to show
