Since his inception into music, John embarked on a Rock ‘N’ Roll odyssey, set to create a unique style and sound that would fuse both his passion for 80’s metal and modern rock together, to create a new genre unlike any other. Coined by John Vomvellis himself as “Revolutionary Rock”. From his first live performance in school, through to gracing the stage of one of Sydney’s most iconic venues (The Basement), John has dedicated his time, heart, and soul into making his dream a reality. Writing material throughout 2019, it wouldn’t be until early 2020 that John would start working on ‘Save A Prayer’. Throughout the countless setbacks of 2020 and ’21, John would keep a positive attitude, while working closely with a vocal coach, preparing ‘Save A Prayer’ for the studio. A music video would now follow and wanting a complete line up to suit the vibe of the song, John forged a five-man group ready for the task ahead. John brought in band members Blake Condon (Keyboards), Thomas Stefoulis (Bass), Sam Higgins (Drums) and Daniel Speed (Guitar), which would cement the line up for ‘Save A Prayer’ and pave the way for the future.
