Johhny Gibson, raised in Tasmania, came north to Victoria in the early 2000s. He has since become one of the hardest working drummers in Melbourne, motoring such exuberant bands as The Swedish Magazines, The Currency, The Reigning Men, Streams Of Whiskey and Raised by Eagles. For his first solo album, he has called upon the talents of his friends Van Walker, Liz Stringer, Jan Palethorpe, Steve Fraser, Duncan Graham, Steve Milligan and Will Hindmarsh, all longtime Melbourne musicians.
