It’s hard to “pin-point” exactly where we started. Brett & I, being brothers, have been playing music together all our lives & have always been around people that also enjoy playing music. Whether it is plucking the guitar around the campfire or blasting a tune on the main stage, we were never to far away from someone singing a song. Matt is our younger cousin, & my first ever neighbor. Our backyards shared a gate which when opened gave us the luxury of having two backyards, which in-turn gave us double the space to run around & play, & more importantly a pool to swim in for the warmer months. The three of us made a good team, even back then. Matt was the first child born in his family, so he enjoyed having a couple of older boys to play with, & it was a pleasant change for me to not be the youngest. We would regularly make up songs together, & occasionally record them on an old tape deck during one of our many made-up radio stations. Our songs never broke too many new grounds, but
