Hailing from Adelaide, South Australia, Jon Ann is a five-piece pub punk force led by the fierce and unapologetic Christie – a frontwoman whose raw power and feminist fire define the band. Their gritty, defiant sound is a rallying cry for a generation fed up with being talked down to. Their 2023 single “F With Me” was named Adelaide’s Best Release by City Mag ADL, launching them into global underground recognition, especially in Europe’s punk scene. Now, with their explosive upcoming single “Kings Cup,” Jon Ann makes their boldest statement yet. A crowd favourite, the track captures chaotic house parties and raw mania. Working with ARIA-winning engineer Anton Hagop, “Kings Cup” pushes their sound while keeping pub punk roots alive. With blistering shows and fearless lyrics, Jon Ann is more than a band – they’re a movement that cannot be ignored.
