Songs of death, delinquency and questionable life choices adequately sum up Jonathan Barwick's singular mission of misery laid bare. Just a man and his beautiful guitar Terrance, channelling as much Clive Barker, Stephen King and Cormac McCarthy as Old Crow Medicine Show, Eilen Jewell or Calexico Sit back with your maudlin drink of choice, close your eyes and enjoy these dark tales of children scalped, love confused with sorrow and family buried too soon Not every light should burn bright to bring your mind succour
