Jono started singing at a young age, learning a variety of instruments from the guitar, to the piano, to the drums. It was evident he had both a talent and a passion for music. Fast forward to early 2019, Jono connects with his friend Jordan Lau, who in turn introduces him to Ben Griffiths, a skilled audio engineer. Together the team of three have wrote, produced and distributed Jono's music in Jono's bedroom. Jono released his debut E.P 'FFY' in July 2019, exploring his relaxed indie side. After an 8 month hiatus from releases Jono is back in 2020, with his new singles 'One Point' and 'Watch Me Falling'. Both tracks mark the start of Jono's new style, as he moves into hip-hop and RnB.
