Jopln is all about being unique and doing things his own way. His music is a reflection of that; never sticking to trends, but taking them and bending them to suit his own style. Sick of the stereotypical drop and 3 minute bland intro that have become a dance music standard, Jopln brings a dark and emotional edge from his favorite bands (NIN, Radiohead & Bjork) which he combines with the intricate, heavy baselines of dubstep, electro house and drum and bass - "I try to make tracks that people can identify with and listen to by themselves on headphones, but at the same time, have the track bang in a club". 2014 is the year to watch out for Jopln. Armed with a huge collection of unreleased tracks he's built up over the passed year, he's on the hunt for regular gigs. Also expect a lot of free songs to be released on his soundcloud.
