Josh Levy has spent the last two years building up a solid fan base, entertaining them with his rootsy solo acoustic style. After countless demos & ‘make-do’ recordings over the past five years, Josh has recently teamed up with the crew at Back beach Recording Co. to produce his first full length album. The independent release ‘Real Life’ has been a long time in the making, and has truly captured the essence that is Josh Levy. 2006 will see Josh break well and truly into the industry, and once people get a feel for his live show there’ll be no turning back. Hailing from country Victoria, Josh has been living and writing by the seaside in more recent years, allowing Melbourne’s Mornington Peninsula to win him over. Moving from quiet and melancholic to bouncy & knock out powerful, his music crosses all genres, but is most comfortable sitting in his chair of cruisy optimism.
