In this modern age music has become complex and relies on many influences creating a diverse atmosphere filled with creativity and passion. Yet sometimes music has become too complex and the heart and soul has been lost. In an effort to fight against the rising tide of anonymity and lack of personality, Joshua Halverson writes simplistic music with a focus on bringing life back into the picture. Melodic notes, resonant chords and lyrics from the heart help to paint a picture for the listener, telling a story and bringing together the emotions and events that represent life as we know it. Hailing from Northern California, Josh brings a unique west coast style and has been influenced heavily by changing times and developed a new world attitude to face the horrors and joys we face today. With passionate lyrics and a story to tell, Josh creates a path of music and spreads love and light.
