JSP is a husband-and-wife Christian rock duo from Canberra, Australia, led by James and Sarah Petterson. Drawing on years of experience performing across Australia, Southeast Asia, the Pacific, and the United States, the band blends alternative rock with modern production, creating music that is emotionally honest and lyrically faith-driven. Their sound is defined by strong rock foundations, anthemic songwriting, and a focus on themes of faith, struggle, and redemption. Following the success of “No More,” featuring Kevin Young of Disciple, JSP became the first Australian Christian rock act to chart on U.S. Christian rock charts, with the single still actively charting. Through their music, JSP seeks to connect deeply with listeners—offering hope in times of struggle, encouragement in moments of doubt, and a reminder that even in life’s toughest seasons, resilience, healing, and restoration are possible.
