Born on the streets of the city, grown in the waves of the pacific, at home in the lushness of rainforest country. JuiceBox are at once urban and organic, melding street smart retro funk, rootsy dubishness, neo-disco groove-soul and a lyrical love for Gaia: "James brown meets Bob Brown". JuiceBox carve a deep groove on dance floors from Byron to Bondi. Bass, Keys, Drums, Guitar, Vocals and soaring sexy Sax. You will be moved because they believe: Music is a Medicine! Their debut album 'Cosmic Avenue' draws on an eclectic buffet of influences: Winston Surfshirt listening to Curtis Mayfield while James Brown and Jamiroquai argue with Prince about who sounds the most like Jimi Hendrix :) In a word, JuiceBox are funky!
