Juran is a gorgeously riveting, sultry soul-singer celebrating her 4th year of creating a cocktail of Reggae-Soul, Rhythm and Blues deliciousness. This Aotearoa born artist writes poetically, with heart-felt words depicting provocative sentiments of love and passion, as well taking the listener to the deep dark places emerging from her own pain and recurring nightmares. Juran has rubbed shoulders with some of Australia's finest musicians, having performed regularly at the Garma, Yarrapay, Nightcliffe (Sea Breeze) and Darwin Festivals. In 2021 she was nominated for the AWMA Emerging Artist Award. "Juran’s vocals are simply electric, an enticing blend of Jorja Smith and Solange - making it impossible for her lyrics not to trickle down the spine”. - Happy Mag. A definite name to keep an eye on, watch as she continues to make her mark on the industry.
