Inspired by the neo-soul sensibilities of Kali Uchis and Anderson .Paak, 17-year-old Justina wears her heart on her sleeve and bares her soul with every note. Recording everything on a modest setup in her bedroom in the suburbs of Sydney, she began by posting covers of some of her favorite songs on Instagram, often accompanied by friends. She recently released her first original song, “CLOSE”, a serendipitous collaboration with US-based producer and artist Trace the Prophet. Looking into the future, Justina has her sights set on expanding her songwriting palette and releasing new music often.
