Kaila is a 21 experimental music producer from Sydney, Australia. Commonly known as the man who started the infamous 'Bunnings Rave', Kaila created a cultural movement to bring back the dance music scene in Australia, gaining support by almost every major news channel as well as from What So Not & Peking Duk getting involved and playing alongside him on the night. Kaila originally started his music journey under his real name 'Mackenzie Collins', in which he was on the Triple J Unearthed High yearbook of 2022 for the 'unofficial Flume scholarship for mind melting production'. Kaila now strives to combine all his sounds into one project, with multiple unreleased LP's of music that explore the ethereal, wonky and beautiful side to his sound, whilst pumping out club bangers for those who love a move and groove.
