I migrated here with family in 2017 but after feeling lucky and a bit privileged waking up in Australia, Kanani is still telling the great immigration story and opportunity of his lifetime, only this time with a different sound and vibe. The attempt at professional music composition started in 2019. However, the chief has always had a soft spot and ear for all music genres, [Some may say music is his passion]. “When I was 5-7 years old, I was lucky to lead the church choir at St. John Anglican Church of Uganda, now I’m in my late 20’s and I’m lucky to still lead.
