A solo guitar/vocal set, Kate's talented friends recorded with her to bring these heartfelt songs about life, to life. Her creative endeavor into the Folk genre has fashioned something quite warm and distinctive. All different things from life are what brought Kate to writing songs. Companions, laughter, tragedy, disgrace, adventure and all of life’s little mysteries are the things that inspire. These words are woven in a way that both boldly tell a story, and broadly leave room for others to interpret and relate to. Originally from country South Australia, Kate picked up the guitar when she was 14. With the help of her motivating teacher, she soon began performing and supporting local artists. She finished recording her first demo in 2011- just in time for an adventure to Queensland, where she’s trying to now spread her music.
