Kathleen Mary Lee is an alternative folk artist from Melbourne, Australia. Her nostalgic sound, simple arrangements and dead-pan delivery are reminiscent of 60’s folk. There is a bitter sweet quality to her dark yet hopeful songwriting. Lee comes to music from a background in filmmaking. Her 2016 debut EP “Nice Kind of Pain” received international critical acclaim and airplay on some of Australia’s top radio stations including FBI, ABC and Triple R. Lee is now the songwriter and front man for Melbourne indie band, “Mount Saint Leonard”, who are set to release their first album in 2017. She has just released the first single, 'Broken' from her upcoming second EP due out later this year.
