Kcin operates on a level of scale that can take a moment to readjust to. His music draws inspiration from the impossible vastness of the natural world - from atoms to continental plates to the speed of light. Although they were made in response to a personal narrative of loss, grief and recovery, Kcin’s expansive sonic landscapes seem to reflect the uncertainty and turbulence of the modern world. This is overwhelming music for overwhelming times. Whether you choose to look inward or outward, the infinite is everywhere - and infinity can be both profound and terrifying. Just like the music of Kcin.
