KDA: NEXT GEN is a collective of young Djabugay artists from Kuranda in Far North Queensland, creating music that reflects culture, identity, resilience and community. Emerging through Desert Pea Media's CROSSROADS: Kuranda program, the group blends hip hop, reggae and contemporary Indigenous storytelling to share the voices and experiences of the next generation. Building on the legacy of the award-winning KDA CREW, KDA: NEXT GEN is carrying Djabugay stories and songline into the future through powerful original music.
