Born from the creative stagnation of the 2021 pandemic, Keli Holiday became Adam Hyde’s personal escape — an outlet for heartbreak, sonic experimentation and self-reinvention. Now in 2025, he returns with “Dancing2”, the first glimpse of Keli Holiday’s forthcoming sophomore album. “Dancing2” is a bold statement of what’s to come from the upcoming Keli Holiday album, which follows on from 2022’s debut album KELI and 2024’s JESTERMAN EP. Hyde explains, “This album feels like the first Keli Holiday offering that is true to who I am. It explores themes of longing for more, finding love in a crowded room, and the union of sex. I have spent the majority of my days since the birth of Keli Holiday focusing on what I want to say, how I want to say it, and what I want it to sound like.” After taking the Keli Holiday live show across the country in recent years, Hyde is itching to hit the stage again — this time armed with a fresh batch of new music. “The live show is where I really get my kicks as far as bringing the songs to life. It’s called a show for a reason. It’s my duty to put on a show and get them loose and sweaty.”
