Edit history

KIAI ACADEMY was formed in Early 2006. The band released their debut Self-Titled, Self-released EP later that year and spent 2007 touring up and down the East Coast. KIAI ACADEMY's hard work lead to them playing with international bands such as Sparta, and Boys Night Out, and local established bands such as Grand Fatal, Antiskeptic, Rex Banner, and The Gift Horse to name a few. Not to mention appearance at the 2007 Taste Of Chaos and Come Together festivals. In late 2007 the band entered the studio working under the watchful eye of Lachlan Mitchell (Producer for Something With Numbers, Nitocris, In the Grey, Lungs, Unpaid Debt) to record their follow up EP “An Artillery of Words” which was launched in September 2008.
