Kieran Stevenson's songs are a love letter to the lush grandeur of 80s pop gems, and a nod to his 00s-centric CD collection. Packing a happy-sad punch lyrically, and all under a cover of glittery, stacked production. Taking stock of his recent work, Kieran ruminates on a thread of endings; with friends, the ones you loved, and past parts of his own self, all the while with Troye Sivan, Haim, Bleachers, Muna, and Don Henley’s Boys Of Summer on a consistent loop. After the release of his debut single Need Your Love and the covers EP TEENDREAM2003 in 2021, the next year is a deep dive into After The Call (produced alongside Cody McWaters (King Stingray, The Chats)); a universe of sunset drenched suburbia, double denim, LA FM radio, and late night drives, spanning 2 EPs.
