Koah Block Limit are a couple of regular likely lads from just outside of Cairns, QLD, Australia causing a stir on the local music scene. Their ‘straight up and down’ approach let’s their music do most of the talking and their soulful duo relies heavily on vocal harmonies and guitar work to put their point across. Their honest brand of music, which although hard to categorise accurately is best described as a kind of classic acoustic rock that draws on diverse blues, folk and country influences passed onto them from their musical family during their childhoods. Although their approach might be straight forward, their music is anything but plain. Determined not to write generic songs that have no meaning (which is far too common these days) they strive to write honest heartfelt lyrics and set them to a simple guitar backing in an attempt to subtly convey their meaning and display their musical talent.
