Proudly Canadian, Kolten Hull was born in Cold Lake, Alberta and grew up in Ottawa, Ontario. Playing hockey most of his life, Kolten only started learning guitar at the age of 18 when he wanted to be able to jam with his co-workers when they got together. The first song he learned to play was “Wish You Were Here” by Pink Floyd.
