Sam Deere has always wanted to make music. Finding it hard to form a band which could support his varied musical tastes, Sam turned to electronic production as a form of musical expression. Cue his alter ego Komatose. With eclectic influences, from metal to electronica to classical, and lots in between, Komatose brings many styles to the table. The underlying mission - to make electronic music that is groovy and listenable, in opposition to soulless and unimaginative dance tracks, and above all, makes you want to move your body. Komatose's music is available for free download from www.komatose.net, a distribution method which empowers the artist and the fans.
