My name is Konstantin, but many of my international friends have given me the nickname Kon. While I appreciate their attempt to shorten my name, I'll admit that the nickname doesn't feel quite right to me. I was inspired by their generosity to name my music project Kon Mashura - a nod to the diverse group of people who have touched my life.
