Kristen Anner is an Australian composer, author, and entrepreneur. She also enjoys playing piano, singing, and writing songs. Kristen began piano lessons at the age of three and a half. Now, at age 17, she has performed several times as a piano soloist in both the Sydney Opera House and the Sydney Town Hall. She played recorder in primary school, which gave her several opportunities to perform as a recorder soloist at the Sydney Opera House. She also wrote a four-part recorder piece, which was played in the Sydney Town Hall. Kristen continues to play piano, sing, compose for piano, and write songs. At the age of twelve, Kristen released her first book of original piano pieces, titled ‘The Pet Shop Suite.’ This was a great experience for her, as it allowed her to go through the process of writing the music and producing the book.
