Hey I'm Kya, I have a passion for singing and creating music, I started at age 11 training as a classical singer but soon moved on to learn jazz and contemporary vocals. Although I've been recording pop and dance tracks, I like to bring a soulful tone to them which reflects my musical upbringing listening to reggae, jazz and soul on my dad's record player. I taught myself how to play the piano and recorded some demo tracks on my computer which I sent to a top record producer in London, and at the start of 2010 I flew over there to record some tracks. I've just come back after a year of hard work and my dream is to get signed in the new year and i won't stop working until I achieve my goal. :) Kya

After stand out releases from Childish Gambino and Frank Ocean, KYA, the brain child of Kloe Davies, was directly influenced by the lyric driven, emotive song writing. KYA is the marriage of the poignant lyrics of neo-soul with the nostalgic sounds of 2000's R&B. She's someone to get down to or cry to, but she'll always be here for you.
