Lady North are a pneumatic rock band, hailing from Edinburgh, Scotland. The trio’s tectonic throbs of guitar, drum and bass have been making in-roads in the Scottish music scene since their inception in 2011, receiving a host of plaudits from the likes of Vic Galloway, Drowned In Sound, The Scotsman and BBC Radio 1, to name a few. Led by Scott Bullen on guitar, Jamie Steel on bass and Paul Bannon on drums, the trio tear apart all convention, combining post-rock with wider strains of funk, hip-hop and prog to create epic, meltdown-inducing music.
