Initially Lahnah began as band formed at Prem International School in Chiang Mai Thailand. It comprised of Patrick Kennedy composer vocal acoustic guitar an Australian citizen. Jim Brechin all electric guitars and harmony a Scotsman and Robert Handley drums from UK. Many recordings were recorded and produced by Rod Wilner an Australian initially in Chiang Mai when Rod lived there and later produced in the Blue mountains Sydney when Rod returned to live back in Oz. All files were sent via the internet employing large file servers such as WeTransfer. Lahnah is the cultural name for Nth.Thai culture..Lahnah does not represent youth typically associated with Triple J. Nor does it attempt to follow a genre. It doesn't perform live as members change over the world only records. But all members met in CM at some point. That is the commonality. Patrick Kennedy has been resident in Nth Fremantle since the covid ban on travel.
