Ex Autohaze/ Underground lover & current GB3 drummer Andy Nunn met up with Frank & Mark while playing in other bands at various gigs around melbourne, they got to chatting one night and discovered an interest in simmilar bands, films and f humour. They hooked up for a jam one night and haven't looked back. The old motto of a band that laughs together stays together holds true for the lamp. With a collection of songs inspired by David Lynch soundtracks, Radiohead, Bowie, Kate Bush, Massive attack and Warsaw, they created a style of music that combines the hypnotic trip of many UK electronic artists of the past decade with the raw grunge of seattle in the 90's. Liza soon came along on Keys to soften the dark edges while adding further dynamic to the already established songs written. Having just recorded their Debut Album at Bakehouse Studios in Melbourne, we are sure that 2007 will be the year to shine The Lamp on the world Stage.
