We are Last Quokka, a DIY proto-punk band from the sunny yet isolated reaches of Australia’s west coast. We absorb influence from Australia’s amazing yet often under-rated punk scene. Our music is highlighted by catchy indie riffs, heavy rhythms and hilarious, relatable and often politically charged lyrics. Last year we released our self-titled debut EP, which was extremely well received, and was the local feature album on Perth’s RTRFM in October. It also made the RTRFM Music Director’s top-ten-list for best worldwide releases of 2016.
