With a raw and passionate take on house music, Late Night Date is subtle in creating contemplative and immersive pieces that lead your consciousness on a journey. This delicate balancing act is the culmination of diverse musical influences and years of curating, collecting and selecting records. His growth as an artist can be heard in his recent release on the UK’s Lobster Theremin - 'Transience'. The track features Late Night Date's signature sound, where highly swung percussion sharply punctuates the lush analog synth sounds, creating an infectious groove within a rich sonic soundscape. His most exciting performances to date – opening for Pleasurekraft, Monolink and Anthony Naples, and a feature slot at Falls Festival - have flaunted his longstanding influences from the UK garage and minimal house revival, a sound that is evidently beginning to permeate clubs at home, and throughout the world.
