Lay the kingdom to waste was an idea originally composed at a party where founding members Dakota burey and Nick horvath picked up a random snare drum and a guitar and started composing horrible intoxicated/intoxicating (you choose) music. Post-hangover, the 'band' picked up Luke morgan as the vocalist and Josh ross as the bassist. Soon after writing the music and lyrics for Addictions never die J...osh ross left the band due to personal issues and Macauley bell- maier replaced him. Now after a some what solid line up the band pursued an EP which was to contain three tracks and one instrumental but with the release of Luke morgan as vocalist their plans were pushed further back. In his place, Alex odger seemed more than fitting to step up to the challenge in which without him knowing he would complete lay the kingdom to waste. Now for the first time Lay the kingdom to waste presents its line up proudly with a full length album near release only time will tell how far they will go.
