Len Lennox introduced themselves with IKEBANA, a debut record released in early 2022 that captured the raw ache of emotional collapse. Laced with regret and restlessness, its aggressively melancholic tone resonated deeply, earning local acclaim and rotation on Sydney's FBi Radio. Now, three years on, the Sydney-based band returns with a renewed perspective. The sadness hasn’t vanished - it’s just grown wiser. Their sophomore record 'Quiet Quitter' sees Len Lennox evolving beyond sad-boy confessionals into something more self-aware and forward-looking: music that still simmers with dissonance, but leans into resilience, hope, and holding on. Recorded at Golden Retriever Studios in Sydney by Simon Berckelman (Philadelphia Grand Jury), their new record "Quiet Quitter" is a confessional journey of heartbreak, obsession and quiet self-reconstruction. It's aboutletting go, but also about the strange comfort of never fully doing so.
