Letters We Wrote is a young group of teenagers from the ages of 14-16 who take residence in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. They formed early 2014 at Griffith Universities rock school on the Gold Coast. They are an inspiring alternative rock band who consists of 5 members. Their sound is a mix of indie/alternative rock, really they just play around and if it sounds good then the journey begins from there. Sophia Koop takes centre stage with her breathtaking vocals, once you've heard her you wouldn't believe how young she is. Clay Cox and Joshua White work together on guitar to bring together a back and forth relationship which compliments their styles of playing. Hope Defteros resides on Bass and backup vocals which drive the band forward and keeps the engine running. Whilst Shaun Austin on Drums hides behind his kit but you will definitely hear his sound.
