Melbourne-based Levon's Crown are nearly finished giving birth to their second release, a self-titled EP, on the tail of their well-received, debut album, Parlour Games. The first single from the EP, Nothing Waits, sees the ex-kiwis turn it up a notch or four. It also hails their return to the old-school method of recording. No pro tools were used in the making of this EP, it’s just honest, crisp rock ‘n’ roll… the way it should be. So far, it’s been recorded in part at their avant-garde, Greek style mansion in the inner suburbs of Melbourne, and in the recording ‘den’ of close friend and producer, Michael Badger – a space that Levon’s Crown claim is Melbourne’s sleaziest, but sexiest, recording studio. With summer arriving soon, Levon’s Crown will be hitting the road with true confidence that their new release will stand up against the award-winning and critically acclaimed debut album, Parlour Games. Parlour Games received the following attention: New Zealand Music Award for Best
