Lifted Thought is a beat maker from Toronto that was shaped by 90s Golden Era Hip Hop Music, 80s/90s Culture, Comic Books, and the Herb. Lifted Thought's initial foray into the music world was DJ'ing, specifically the turntablism aspect, which eventually evolved into beat making, taking cues from his inspirations such as J Dilla, DJ Premier, RZA, as well as many other hip hop producers.
