Traditionally a Psy-trance/Progressive trance producer, Hugo Hayes is bringing a wide range of not only musical influences, but personal to his new sound. Deep, aggressive, liquid sounds from Drum and Bass, pooled with the grooves of House and mixed with Psychedelic production. Having developed a loyal follower base in the underground Psychedelic scene, Hugo has performed around Australia and the globe for coming on 10 years. Early experimentation with Like Liquid saw the debut EP “Gryphon” with Bassic Records in 2016 and later a remix for Kase Kochen & Ark-E-Tech’s “We Wombat”, allowed him to begin lower tempo exploration. Finally, Hugo has solidified a solid concept for Like Liquid and is preparing to release what he envisions Bass House or Neuro House to be. New Like Liquid material taking form behind the scenes, the future of the project is near.
