Born in Puebla, Mexico, I moved to the US at a young age. When I was 15, after my father was deported, I started writing poetry here in the States just to process the chaos around me. By 17, facing life on my own after my mother’s departure, those notebook entries turned into songs and Lil Passion was born. Hip-hop became my sanctuary.
