With his infectious songwriting and rich, Haunting vocals, Lilia has built up a substantial fanbase in his hometown of Perth. He cut his teeth as a solo artist for several years, gaining extensive experience both in Perth and abroad. 2018 saw a new phase for Lilia, with the formation of his band- featuring talented musicians from acts such as Carla Geneve and Noah Dillon- for the recording and launch of his debut single ‘Bottom of the Ocean’. The track garnered positive reviews from HappyMag and X-Press Media, and scored airtime both locally and nationally, climbing to the top 10 on the Triple J Unearthed charts. With performances all over Perth, including WAMFest, 2018 was a milestone year. Now with more releases, recordings and gigs on the way including supporting Great Gable at their sold out Perth show in 2019, Lilia is poised to make a splash.
