How To Build A Time Machine has taken Lillis 8 years to complete. It was released online July 2015. Thanks to Australia, over the past 4 years John Lillis has not only been able to make this land his home, he has also been blessed with some of the greatest players in the country to accompany him on this album. Recorded at Hydrofunk Studios in Mullumbimby, John Lillis and Kevin Etcell teamed up with Ian Peres (Ash Grunwald, Wolfmother, Jarryd James) and Dave Atkins (Resin Dogs, Wolfmother, Delta Riggs) to produce a pure live studio experience with Radiohead esq dreamy riffs developing into massive powerful Warrior like animal rhythms. The fusion of Cajon, Didge, Bass and Drums lead by John's acoustic and colored with Pere's trademark Moog and Organ sounds make this album one to be remembered in the new millennium.
