Lily Papas is an independent Australian singer-songwriter crafting cinematic alt-pop defined by poetic storytelling, emotional depth, and a hauntingly rich vocal. Drawing comparisons to Lana Del Rey, Ethel Cain, and London Grammar, with the narrative influence of Stevie Nicks and Johnny Cash, her sound blends indie-pop, dream pop, and noir Americana into something both nostalgic and original. Writing, producing, and recording from her home studio, Lily approaches each release with a deeply personal, immersive vision. She has performed on the AO Live Stage at the Australian Open and supported artists including Missy Higgins and Vera Blue. Her collaboration with Planet of Souls (“One”) has landed syncs in Netflix’s The Survivors and ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy, alongside a Top 50 placement in the Vanda & Young Global Songwriting Competition. With millions of streams and a growing catalogue, Lily is building a world that invites listeners to step inside her music.
