LISALIVE is an independent artist/singer/songwriter/multi- instrumentalist named Lisa McNaughton. Hailing from the beautiful Blue Mountains just west of Sydney, Lisa has lots of food for thought with her music. Starting her career playing in all the hippy cafe's around the place, Lisa soon found herself old enough to play in pubs. Her favourite place to play, The Royal Hotel in Springwood, until the local radio station in the Blue Mountains picked her up when she won title of singer songwriter of the year in a band competition at Jack Thompson's Gearin Hotel in 2008. This led to Lisa recording her First EP at sound Heaven studios where the likes of Urth Boy and Hermitude have laid down tracks. In 2009 Lisa had the pleasure of performing at the infamous Falls Festival where she was well recieved. Lisa is now recording her Debut Album at Killer Audio Studios which is due for release in 2011 after she endevours to Mexico for the remainder 2010. Keep your ears and Hearts open for LISALIVE.
