LISNER is the latest venture for the singer-songwriter J. Originally from Hong Kong and growing up in Brisbane, she developed her musical craft from chasing sonic daydreams and going on many introspective escapades. LISNER has been involved in the Brisbane music scene for a number of years and was a key songwriting force and multi-instrumentalist for the local electropop band Frolik. LISNER brings things back to her singer-songwriter roots with an honest stripped-back style that blends her soothing vocals with doses of folk, pop, blues and alternative rock. 'Means of Attraction' is the debut single from LISNER. This track was written to reflect modern day challenges in relationships.
