Lita and The Bones – coupled by front woman and Fijian born Selita Laubuka (Lita) and American born Jason Czapla (aka Thunderstorm) - first united as a song-writing duo in 2009. Since then they have explored their musical creativeness through life’s journeys and their passion for storytelling. Based in Brisbane Australia and having performed at numerous local venues and art focused events, the duo are now accompanied by drummer Jeff Paton (aka Eagle Mountain) and bassist Michael Cullen (aka Volcano Boulder), broadening their soundscape. Surrounded by beautifully laid, atmospheric harmonies, this band will leave you feeling warm and eerily intrigued. With two EP’s under their belt, Lita and Bones will have their folk influenced sounds resonating through future festivals and venues with their dynamic and soulful live performances.
